Returns

- Opened, used, or damaged items due to misuse are not eligible for return.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened pet care products (for hygiene reasons).
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Personalized or customized products.
