Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return within 5 to 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Opened, used, or damaged items due to misuse are not eligible for return.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened pet care products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Personalized or customized products.
