Under Section 79(2)(a) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Company acts as an intermediary, offering a platform for information sharing. It is not responsible for the actions of users.

5.3 Extent of Liability

The Company's liability is limited to the value of the purchased products or services and delivery charges, if applicable.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Company, its affiliates, and their representatives against any claims, penalties, or damages arising from your breach of terms, violations of laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Company owns all intellectual property associated with the website, including its content, design, and services.

9.Β DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
If any dispute or difference of any kind whatsoever arises between the User and The Dog Style in connection with or arising out of this User Agreement, both parties shall promptly and in good faith attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiation.

In the event that the parties are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Zirakpur, Punjab, conducted in English, by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.

The courts at Zirakpur, Punjab, shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any matters arising out of or in connection with this User Agreement.

10. Service Limitations

The Company strives to maintain uninterrupted service but may experience temporary downtimes due to technical issues or maintenance.

  • In such cases, auction credits will be refunded, or the auction will be rescheduled with prior notification.

11. Transactions and Communication

While the Company endeavors to provide accurate information:

  • It does not guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, or availability.
  • All transactions are conducted at the user’s discretion and risk.

12. Delivery

Products will be delivered as per the method specified in the order. Any changes to delivery methods made by the Company will not incur additional charges.

13. Content Representation

Product representations, including color and size, may vary slightly from actual products.

14. Monitoring and Censorship

The Company retains the right to monitor and remove any offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content from the website.

15. Return Policy
